07 March 2015 Helow Friends...
I have my 2 nd group of cafinal on this may ..this is my 5 th attempt,i cleared 1st group in nov 2014...
I am very much confused for second group,d reason is ,my marks in these 4papers have never crossed even 50...
Please advice me,what should I do...

07 March 2015 Have a clear set of strategy.

1) Be very strong in alternate paper - Either Costing and DT or ISCA and IDT. This will give you some booster and help you in aggregate.

2) Solve all RTP questions for last 2 years. You cannot compromise for that.

3) Try identifying a pattern of Nov 14 paper. The same might more or less come during May 15.

4) Focus first and finish first, the chapters which you ignored during last many attempts. This may be due to fear. LET'S FACE THAT. Complete that first or else you are repeating the same mistake.

5) Study case laws from case law book and amendments from the amendment book. Usually except from this book, they don't ask any other case law or amendments.

Keep yourself focussed and determined. I am sure you will surely clear this time as you have experience which a fresher doesn't have.

09 March 2015 I am sure you know the things but the presentation has to be better. Each paper has to see from different perspective. * AMA is a time killing subject. Try to answer for 100 marks. Our assumptions should be noted if there is no clarity in question. * ISCA - a scoring paper. If you are thorough about points present it in a better manner. Try to note down all points first and describe then. Try to answer for 100+. * DT n IDT can score 50+ by only studying amendments and case laws. Connect answers with case law if you know. it will add mark. Try to answer 100+.
