i shifted my residence and nw its 45 kms away from my office..i find it really hectic to go to office regularly..because travelling takes around 2 2 and haf hrs one side...can i take a transfer and havent taken a transfer even once

Based on the facts you provided, you cannot take transfer. However, you may take transfer by opting to go for Industrial Training (Regulation 51) if you are eligible to go for it...
