27 July 2012 please answer if A person earning income by way of commission from Amway India enterprises pvt. ltd. Under which head this income will fall i.e. whether it is income from other sources or income from PGBP?

Please ans. ASAP.

27 July 2012 The agents of Amway are doing a sort of trading. The differential amount is their income. In this way they are earning from business. So this is PGBP.

27 July 2012 If specifically they are gettting any sort of commission, this can also be covered under PGBP as LIC agents also show their commission income under PGBP.

Please tel if the person has filed itr2 by showing her commission income under the head income from other source and nil amount under other heads of income, whether she is required to file a revised return in itr4 to get back the refund of her tds?
