26 July 2011 If you want to convert loan into share application money for the purpose of allotment of share, you can do so. for this purpose You have to:

1.Pass Board resolution
2.obtain a letter that the person want to convert his loan into share application and ready to take shares at the agreed price.

but i want to convert share application money into loan received...

after receiving share application money we are not prepare any balance sheet so we want to convert it by passing JV can we do so......
