10 January 2014 i have applied for approval of name for the company registration and my computer has been crashed/crpted and all data has been deleted including such form 1A SRN NO. B87445409. i want to download form 1A to know the objective for furterh proceedures.
please suggest or guide me how can i download my form 1A having SRN NO. B87445409.

There are various softwares available on the web which helps to restore deleted or corrupt data. Download "Recuva" a software that helps in restoring deleted data. A similar situation happened with me and i recovered almost 99% of my files using this software.

OR

Visit the ROC office with the challan number and request them to atleast give you a printout of the form.
