Can any one tell me the Detail Procedure How to Form a Partnership Firm In Mumbai.

2. decide on name and nature of work
3. draft partnership deed
4. purchase stamp paper of appropriate value.
5. print partnership deed on stamp paper
6. notorised the same
7. registration of deed is not compulsory but you may registered (i advise you to register the deed)
