16 April 2016 i have my final in this may16 i m appearing for grp1 only and that too i am not prepared that i can clear as i have not done law and audit .. only accounts and some chaptrs left in sfm.. this is my 4th time .. what shall i do .. no confidence at all. rather no interest of studying is coming inside me .. no feeling of exams. i knw i m ruining my life but i dont knw exactly whats going on with me.. why this happening with me last 2 yrs.. what shall i do frnds plz suggest .. i m literally tired ... plzz help..

17 April 2016 I guess you have not done your CA articleship. Further, either you shd do it seriously or leave the course coz even if you pass after failing 10 times then you will put urself into trouble and would be more panic.There are lots of ca who are jobless as they did not make it in few attempts and when they passed they were 30+. So, co hiring takes it very seriously and consider the CA as incompetent. you cant play with ur carrier. There are three serious things in life. Top one is carrier and then money and the marriage. Advice - take tutions as it will beign regularity in studies. No point to attempt in may if you feel you cant pass as not feasible of rmay attempt. Try for nov.. Must study in library from 7 am to 10 pm and try to pass both group in nov in one go.Best of luck
