Its not simple procedure, It require number of formalities and some type High court permission. Its wholly depend on your balance sheet.

U have not mentioned the merger or amalgamation is of two company's or a partnership firm in to company.

17 March 2010 The procedure for merger has been given by me in one the share file. the procedure is not so difficult as felt.
