12 December 2013 My friend is a Professor , who teach to commerce student and part time run a private coaching . Now problem is that college can take action on part time coaching . His wife is 10th pass. so can he make a affidavit that wife is running a private coaching business, and she is taking my help to run the classes. I will show all income to my wife and file itr . sir, my query is that can i do the above to safe my job? Is this affidavit will be valid ? And his wife don't know ABC of study ? so can he run private coaching? Her income will be as business income or professional income? she also hire 2-3 teachers ? Registration is require for proprietary coaching class?

13 December 2013 First of all, it is not ethical to do the private practice if you in job, this is clear case of section-420 of Indian penal code, and police case can be filed. However, the answer to your query is that you can defend yourself by making that the coaching are being conduced by your other person like your friends, or any relative, wherein you are only helping them in terms of sharing your exposure without any fees.
