Pls help: transfer of articleship in the 1st year

13 April 2013 I have not completed 1 year of articleship and i am planning to take transfer.I had a query, do i have to give a written reason for transfer alongwith form no 109? or submitting form 109 alone will do?

14 April 2013 For the transfer with in one year there is no rules and regulations. So you can directly submit form 109 and you can join with another employer immediately and can submit form 103.

02 June 2013 You should go through the new provisions of transfer and do not commit any mistake in adopting the same in my opinion no transfer is permitted in the 1st year.
