As i have my IPCE attempt in NOV 2012, and im graduate..
can i directly register for articles. ??
If yes, will my attempt gets postponed ??
im really confused with this schema..

Under the new scheme, there is a requirement of 9 months articleship completion for appearing in exams.
So decide accordingly.

If you have prepared and want to appear for Nov'12, then apply for conversion after examination.
But if you have not prepared, convert to the new scheme and prepare for May'13.
We can give suggestion, but decision should be yours.
