Pledging of Gold for AGriculturist.

Is there any scheme for the Agriculturist in the nationalised bank or in the cooperative bank (TamilNadu)that Gold Pledging entails very nominal interest i.e 3 or 4% p.a.

Its there but it is not 3or 4% it will be more than 6% and less than 9% dependig on each Bank's head office guidelines.
