I was working in Hardwyn Trading Corporation at mayapauri as a accountant for last 2 years. I left this job .There was a reason which can’t be described. But I have to tell you and please suggest me that how can I ruined him for save the life of female emp.
It is a manufacturing co. and there are around 25 employee working in accounts department .there are 5 employee are girls among 25 employees. Director Mr. Rubal sayal always use to girls for sex since 7-8 years. . No one can interfere in his such shameful matter. Some emp. helped him. Girls are also doesn’t say anything because of big salary , increment without any reason .
After several days I finally caught him with a female employee in his cabin in a dirty position . I said him I will complain against you in police station . Rubal got be so angry and he terminate me from my post . had I done any wrong , tell me ? what do you think ? Is this man doing good or wrong ? . I have taken a very serious view of the matter and hence I requested to all honorable member please reply me positive .

there are 2 opinions , but infact whatever u have done is right & i appreciate for ur gutts i.e at the cost of ur job , 1 opinion is that u could have waited for some time , to verify , whether girls employees , reasons to do such things , & then u could have collected some evidences to prove in front of mgmt, & lastly u hav taken early step or blowed the whistle early .
2nd opinion , is that after u saw that person with that girl in such situation , u could have kept quiet & acted silently , that would have hurted so badly to both of them like it is said that " sometimes silence is the best ans " by doing nothing , you could have done everything .
