13 July 2012 Good evening sir,
supoose a salaried class person e-filled their income tax return for the f.y 2010-2011.on 5 september 2011. but he can not sent the acknowledgement itrv in the limited period.(120 days).than sir what he will do in this condition . will he revise their return. he have no tax liability.return for the f.y 2010-2011 filled upto 31 march 2013.thnks

13 July 2012 In this case ur return which was filled by you earlier is become invalid..u can file return again as orignal return...

13 July 2012 but sir some experts told me that if you filled your return for the f.y 2010-2011 on or before 31 july than you can revise it. but you fill your return in 5.09.2011. this is already belated return and belated return can not revise. please sir explain about it

13 July 2012 If ITR V is not submitted then how can u say that u have submitted ur return...
If ITR V is nt submitted then it deemed that u hv nt filled ur return.

19 July 2012 submit manual return for the specified year, and forgo the filed return to get expired auto.
