A Proprietor has purchased Land 2 years Ago for Factory. Last Month he had done vastu for how the land is lucky or not.He has paid 35000.00 to Vastu Man.Under What Expenses should the Expenses Booked.

20 July 2012 Technically the assessing officer can reject the expenses.

I assume the Fees is for performing pooja etc, which in any case is to be clubbed in Pooja expences.

But still the above treatment holds good, would be disallowed by AO.
