21 May 2013 Dear Friends

This is leela kumar completed CA in 2013. I have been working in a company before completion of CA from feb-2012. At the time I entered into a bond for 3 years and they said, if I qualify I will get pay according to the market rate.

Now those who are joined recently qualified in our company they are getting 5 Lakhs.

I requested them to pay atleast that pay. Now they are saying that we ownt increase the salary as the same is not mentioned in your bond.

HR says that I ownt relieve you and If you leave the Organisation I will complain to ICAI

I came from very poor family, as I need to join some other company or to get hike of my present salary.

I need the solution to get relieving from my employer

21 May 2013 Check in your bond that which are the provisions regarding your joining.

As you have said that you had signed the bond when you were not CA. then check that is there any provision which can be enforced after you become CA or it is only regarding before CA.

What is the provision regarding your salary in the bond.

I would suggest that if you are strucked and does not want to carry on then ask the main person that your position is weak and don't try to argue with HR.

Try to mail your senior persons regarding the issue.
