05 November 2014 i qualified my ca exam in may 14 now i got a job offer for credit manager in housing industry,its a NBFC
joining conditions are 2 years bond and 3 months notice is also there
so my question is
what is the career growth in housing industry for long term.
and it is possible to switch in any industry or loan filed after 2 years and my experience is consider or not for new industry or field
so please tell me i will join this housing loan industry or not.

06 November 2014 As a credit manager ,I don't see much growth in terms of salary and promotion that too witha bond of 2 yrs.It should include a target type work to some extent which is different from our CA field.
If you have done articleship then I would not advice you to join this company.
Rather than doing this prepare for IBPS specialist officer exam for CA or other exams which will give you a promising growth.
do update your resume regularly on job sites.
