21 June 2010 I am enrolled in Professional Education – II in 2001 & I was appeared 4 or 5 attempts but any group was not cleared. I was drop this course due to my some problems and I had not appeared any attempts and now the rule is change. I want to continue this course for my future benefit.

Please help and kindly suggest me that am I eligible for this course and can I fill the examination form without any procedure or registration.
