Two things:

1. To recover the password the above details are of no use. You require either a DSC or details of previous year's tax return (acknowledgment no and bank Account no).

2. Please don't share such details in public.

14 November 2013 You have to log in into the site of https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/
& then change it by clicking on contact details.
And henceforth u should not put all your details Publicly..

15 November 2013 Write a mail to "validate@incometaxindia.gov.in" from your email id for resetting of password. Once you got new password, log in and do necessary changes as required.

18 November 2013 Hmm.. Actually only if you mail from the registered email ID then only they will reset the passcode. Earlier if you email from any email ID (other than registered) they used to reset it, but for security reasons they have withdrawn this option.
