Any structure which is make for machinery (like Platforms .stairs etc) is capitalized under head plant and machinery or building

You have mentioned that, you have made structure for Machinery. So Ideally Machinery can not be used without such "structure" ( like Platforms .stairs etc). If that is the case then you can capitalised Platforms, stairs cost etc. under Plant & Machinery & not under Building.
