hi , im javed my attampt is in may 2009 . i heard that may 2009 exams due to election is delay . is it right or not . please tell.

Its a meaningless question.
Whenever the exams is conducted you should write the exam. You should be in a position to face as it comes to you. Need not worry about date or time or month.
