Dear Experts, Kindly suggest!
one of our customers having GSTIN for Himachal Pradesh, however has been billed at his Delhi location for services provided.
is it correct or we need to change the billing location as Himachal Pradesh?

He can take credit only when place of supply is HP. Billing may be done at HP address.
