17 July 2018 Sir,
We are registered in chhattisgarh state and our service provider also registered in the same state. Supplier provide service in delhi and bill raised with CGST and SGST.
We have no registration in delhi.
Please confirm suppliers bill correct or not.

17 July 2018 In this scenario you have to follow Sec 12(2)(a) of IGST Act, 2017. As per this section Location of Registered recipient will be the Place of Supply. But for more clarity kindly elaborate in detail that which kind of service you have received.
