Can a Pvt. Ltd company held all its Board Meeting at any place in India . In my case Registered Office of the Company is in Pune , but now Directors are living in gurgaon , Nodia. can all Board meeting held in Noida and only AGM held in Pune.

Yes, you are correct. All board meetings can be held anywhere in the world. AGM should be help at registered office or within same city.
