Step 2: What is the percentage of acquisition in the share capital

Step 3: How you are going to utilise the money.

Step 4: What the investor is expecting the return.

Step 5: Whether your project will fetch the expectation of the investor.

Step 6: Exit route for the investor.

Step 7: Whether the investor is a competitor in the same field.

if u r going to allot eq. shares then convene a BM and allot the shares to the party & file form 2 with ROC within 30 days of allotment.
