Pf withdrwals when the company teriminated the employee ????

22 August 2012 Dear All,

just i have got a query from one of the new employee in our organization has asked me that he was terminated in his previous organization and the company has rejected his PF withdrawal forms 10C and form 19.

Could you tell me is there any provision to protect thiskind of employees in the PF Act. ?

22 August 2012 company can not reject the forms,
instead the employee has some obligations due to the employer, ask him to meet the obligations complated and get the forms done.

PF will not entertain 3rd party endorsements, untill the company is not a closed company.
