but no pan submited in pf portal due to father name mismatch in pan vs aadhar.

will tds be deducted ?

06 December 2022 TDS will be deducted @ maximum marginal rate (i.e. 34.608%) if employee fails to submit PAN.

06 December 2022 The TDS limit is for withdrawal amount of Rs. 50000/- or more, but submission of PAN is mandatory....

06 December 2022 THERE IS NAME MISMATCH IN PF DATABASE AND IN PAN
JAGDISH MANDAL IN ALL DOCUMENTS
BUT IN PAN CARD JAGDISH KUMAR

WHAT TO DO SIR

DO I NEED TO FIRST UPDATE THE PAN CARD THEN GO FOR WITHDRAWAL ?

06 December 2022 If your bank account/s are as per pan card, better to rectify the name in EPF account, and submit the PAN card.

06 December 2022 I HAVE WITHDRAW SOME ADVANCE AMOUNT (2000/- RS.) FROM PF ACCOUNT.
THE AMOUNT IS CREDITED ALSO.

ONLY PAN IS DIFFERENT.
