TDS will be deducted @ maximum marginal rate (i.e. 34.608%) if employee fails to submit PAN.

The TDS limit is for withdrawal amount of Rs. 50000/- or more, but submission of PAN is mandatory....

If your bank account/s are as per pan card, better to rectify the name in EPF account, and submit the PAN card.

NO SIR ....BANK ACCOUNT IS AS ER EPF DATA...ONLY PAN IS DIIFERENT FROM OTHER DOCUMENTS.

I HAVE WITHDRAW SOME ADVANCE AMOUNT (2000/- RS.) FROM PF ACCOUNT.
THE AMOUNT IS CREDITED ALSO.

If your all other related documents are as per EPF account's data, then go for PAN name rectification.
