Please Let me now My Salary is 12000/- per month But my PF is not Deduted since joining the new Office in june-2010, My Senior is telling that brench mark of PF 6500/- I the Salary is Above 6500 pf is not deduted.
Please tell me the PF deduction % , on 12000/- PF is deducted or not.

out of this 12,000/-, how much is your Basic?
this 12k amount seems like your gross monthly pay. Pls clarify your BASIC PART.

If your Basic + DA is more than Rs. 6500/- then it is not mandatory to deduct/contribute PF.

My Basic is 12000/- only esic & pt is deducted from salary, if i want PF Deduction then what do to...?

Employer concurrence is also required, if he is not willing to do so then you may contribute voluntarily.
