Can u please let me know PF & ESIC work is it Accountant responsibilty or Admin, HR work

it's all depend upon the organization working style we should not trying to say that this is not the job of this particular department we should be more flexible and knowledge of all department , basically this work should be done by cooperation between hr and account division and admin should check either all requisite obligation has been complied or not . as per inter audit work of one dept. should be cross checked by other
