Is PF applicable to a contractor having only 4 employees, these employees are working in a canteen of a factory.
The total strength of factory more than 500 on roll employees
Similarly whether ESI applicable.

If your factory covered in EPF & ESI then you will be lible on contract labour EPF & ESI. contractor Licence also required.
