20 July 2010 sir 1 want to know about applicability of pf and esi act.

case
one (TRADING &RETAIL OUTLET)firm which have 35 employees but every emoplee getting salary more than 6500/.The firm has not registered in pf and esi act. in this condition what is the applicablity of Pf and Esi act. and how i can proceed it for pf regisatration if required.

That file did not contain any detail about ESI ACT. i want to know one thing more if all employee getting salary more than 6500/- in that condition employer contribution is retricted on salary of 6500/- or NO NEED of employer contribution for those employee who receives salary more than 6500/-.
