25 August 2009 Hello,
In tally 7.2 this is my first time making entries in tally . see i have some petty cash which is used for expenses... so in tally what entry first i have to make like payments or contra or journal ....
please help me

17 October 2009 Take as Opening Balance of Petty Cash if it is your first entry after Creating a Ledger of Cash.
with this you also have to Complete B/s with other Op. Balance`
