If amy employee get petrol and Driver reimbusement during the F.Y. 2009-10,then what will be the implication of tax.

As of today there want be any taxes
(FBT is abolised now),
Further department will come with some clarification/circular about treating the same as perqisits than it will be treated as perqs.
