Hi, One of my executive directors salary level is Rs 100,000 / per month. But if its increased to Rs 3,00,000 / per month, is an Audit or Balance Sheet, required for Him personally. As, Right now, he just Files his return online, being an Individual / Company Director.
Also, is there any Top Limit, for Salary, for Directors, in a Pvt Ltd Company ? WOULD BE HAPPY IF SOMEONE, COULD GIVE A CLEAR ANSWER. MANY THANKS.
