Please tell me whether the perquistes are taxable or not as per the union budget 2010 & how to account for them in books of accounts, any kind of exemption limit is there or not

21 May 2010 vineet perquisites are taxable as part of employees salaries(TDS on taxable part).Specific exemption limits are there different for different things like helpers,driver,vehicle etc For that detail you need to go through the tax on salary.
