PERMISSION FROM CA AND CS INSTITUTES ???

can any one tell me that if we r pursuing CS 15 mths training in a company and joined CA course i.e CPT then is there is any need to seek permission from CA institute by filing form no.112 to pursue add. course and in case of CS institute as i m doing CS training rightnow so any kind of permission is required from CS institute as well for pursuing additional course i.e CPT right now ?

12 April 2011 for doing CPT no Clearances are required to be obtained from ICAI's Board of Studies/ Institute Since It is Just an Entrance Exam.
