Dear Experts,
Please guide me about the period of accounts to be mentioned in Form 23B for a Company which has been incorporated on 11/01/2013.
Whether 11/01/2013 to 31/03/2013 for this purpose is correct or not?

For your convenience, You can take the financial year 11/01/2013 to 31/03/2014, and there is no need to file form 23B for the appointment of first auditor.

Dear Sushil,
As per Section 224 of Companies Act,1956 First Auditors are not required to send Intimation to ROC.
But when filing form 23AC for the year ending 31.03.2014 whether MCA Portal will accept Z99999999?
