Hello Friends,
This is a query regarding efiling of income tax returns, after efiling in how many days should we file the acknowledgment with the income tax department and if there is any delay, is there any fine or penelty.

U have to get acknowledgement with I tax in 15 days of Filing E return.

you have to file it within 15 days from the day of E-filing. If it is more than 15 days then date for filing the return is date on which you have submitted Ack with IT dept. after 15 days
