I have cancelled CT3 Form of Air Compressor.. Now I have applied for new form in respect of same goods.
Am i eligible for fine??
If yes what is the procedure to pay fine.
I asked Customs Ppl, they suggested to pay through TR6 Challan.
Can any one please let me know the procedure??

There is no penalty for cancellation of CT-3. Further to impose any penalty, the department is bound to give you a notice and adjudicate the matter after hearing you.
