Penalty on late submission of articleship form.

18 July 2013 Dear sir/mam, My articleship is due to complete in august 2013 but it will be extended to 30th november 2013 due to leave. So i will submit form 108 only in nov. And not in aug. So is there penalty. Till what date should i submit form 108.

18 July 2013 it should be submitted to icai within 30 days else u need to pay condonation fees alongwith condonation letter.
