Penalty of deposit section under companies act 13

12 September 2015 Our organisation is not following companies act....but surprisingly no penalty till date is levied........whether there is no harm if an organisation not follows companies act 13...

Our co is paying amount to its HUFs, directors'relatives inspite of prohibition of co act 13 but nothing happened till date to the orgnaisaiton

14 September 2015 ROC can come at any time for non-compliance done by the company. They will charge huge penalty on this. Also, if this company goes for the Closure, at that time, ROC will see all these non-compliances.

Please try to comply each and every provisions of the Companies Act 2013

15 September 2015 sir i am trying to comply with the provisions but our director and vice president doesnt take pain for all these compliances as their balance sheet is signed by the past president of icai
