Dear Sir
We have exported goods to Nepal from one of our branch without inclusion of such branch address in IEC, the lorry was detained by the border authorities
What are the penalties and consequences levied by border authoriites?
Is any possible wayout?

You may immediately update your IEC online indicating all your branches. Take a printout and presented before Customs Authorities requesting them that it is venial laps for which they should not seriously punish you under Customs Act -1962. Generally they will consider.
