1.i have taken my PE-II admission on Graduation basis. Can i convert myself to IPCC. and
2. can i start my articalship after passing group 1 in IPCC

1) Yes you can convert yourself in IPCC.
2) You have to start your articleship after passing 1st group of IPCC.
