can i get transfer from PCC to IPCC? What about my articleship ? i've completed 10 months and my attempt is in may-10??

It will be carried forward and after passing the first group of IPCC ,
from 3 years of articleship these 10 months will be deducted and you have to do articleship only for 26 months
