I appeared for Pcc this june but mistakenly in two papers i have not answered the sub questions in serial order.will it can create any problem in scoring marks?

Yes it will, you can not get marks if sub part are attempted after other question Ex. Q.1(a) then Q.2 and then Q.1(b)
