I gave PCC Exam in May 2011. I Have not received my mksht and passing certificate yet. I have already registered for Final CA. Where should i write a letter? Please help

do not write letter first....... before writing letter you should call institute on toll free number 1800-200-2500 and then ask and you may write letter to The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, ICAI Bhawan, Indraprastha Marg, Post Box. No. 7100,
