Whether payment of Property Tax is covered by Section 43B? Whether we have to disallow the exp. & report in 3CD if the same is not paid upto the due date of filing return?

Yes Propert Tax also covers under sec 43B
As per Sec 43B.
a) Any sum payable by way of Tax ,duty,cess or fee(by what ever name called any law for the time in force)
so plain reading of the section clearly says that any tax.
