Check whether Section 44AB apply on prop. in last year?

Do the transporter has more than 10 trucks during the year?

Do the payment in a year exceeds Rs.75000/- or Rs.30000/- in a single payment?

If the answer of all the above questions is affirmative then TDS is to be deducted.
