1) The payment made to the same transporter is of Rs. 140000/-, but against 4 bills each of Rs. 35000/-.Can this be allowed.
2) The payment made to a transporter is of Rs. 50000/-against one bill only. I have made payment by cash 25000/- today and 25000/- tomorrow. Is this allowed.

In first case, yes you can make the payment on samw date and it will be allowed.
For your second querry , before I reply, I want to know how you have made payment of 25000/- tommorrow, as i am living in present. Any how, yes it will also be allowed.
