Can assessee claim an amount paid by way of cheque to a tenant for vacation of property taken by him on rent and release his right for the land & building which he has taken on rent from the owner as a business expenditure ?
If can claim then by way of cash can be paid or not ?
Cash which paid by the assessee will be recorded in the agreement between owner of land & tenant.
